Frontier

This image was created using a combination of different programs, including
ImageFX 2.0, Planeteer, and LightWave 3.5.  Planeteer is a really fantastic
program for creating space backgrounds,  but unfortunately the program was
only created for Amiga's that are running the EGS software for cards like
the Spectrum.

ImageFX 2.0 was used for compositing the earthlike landscape against the
space background, and for creating the radial star to the right of the
ship.

And of course, Lightwave 3.5 did the actual ship rendering against the
background.

All in all, I think the image turned out pretty well for a novice like me.
